Start with the cause, not the trend
A product cannot solve every cause. Look at when the dots appear, whether the skin is rough or itchy, and whether shaving or waxing makes them worse.
Use a gentle repeatable routine
A body wash with suitable exfoliating ingredients may help keep the routine consistent. Follow with moisturising rather than adding several scrubs and acids at once.
- Clean without aggressive rubbing
- Introduce active products slowly
- Moisturise regularly
- Use clean, sharp hair-removal tools
- Stop if skin becomes sore or inflamed
Give the routine time
Body skin does not change overnight. Track comfort and texture over several weeks and avoid chasing instant before-and-after promises.
