Sensitive guidance should be correctable. We make substantive corrections when a factual error, safety issue or material source change is identified.

What triggers an update

• New or changed guidance from an authoritative source
• A factual or safety error
• A broken or superseded source
• A page whose wording overstates certainty
• A tool whose assumptions no longer match guidance

Dates

Published, updated and medically reviewed dates mean different things. We do not label a page medically reviewed unless that review occurred.

Report a problem

If you find an error or ambiguous safety statement, use the contact page. High-risk corrections are prioritised over cosmetic wording changes.
